Only 4 Ixora songs tho... why

 

i mean it's a celebration of their whole catalog, that's not surprising at all. they have five albums, playing 25 songs...that seems very right, lol

 

I know it just seems weird not to represent your best record more especially since it was received so well, it's not like their fan are is pining to hear majorly the back catalogue people want to hear a nice combo of all I ageee but wanted Ixora to get at least 6 of those, maybe they will add more as tour goes on

 

I think the majority of the crowd is there for their older songs, at least that's how it felt on the Ixora tour. Reception to the older songs was massive compared to Ixora. As a retrospective of their entire career, I love this set. I'm glad I went to the Ixora tour and got to hear a lot of those songs though.

 

i'm surprised they're even playing this much, lol. this is a celebration of the back catalog, a large majority of their fanbase wants to hear stuff from before ixora and that's what this tour is for

 

also as a comparison, do most people go to thursday shows to see their best records be performed? no, they go for WATT and FC and as such thursday barely played anything of ACBTLD and ND

 

I wish I could hear those new songs ehh ;( and I wish they toured Europe like any time, which isn't likely I guess.

 

I've only heard Ixora and the debut. Faaaar preffered Ixora, which record should I hear next?

 

sunshine, eat sleep repeat,in motion are all great

 

The one before the last one obviously ;D "You Are My Sunshine", it's pretty close to it, and then go back to "Eat, Sleep, Repeat", I guess that's the best way to go :)

 

YAMS is an all timer, ESR is the beginning of the sound heard on YAMS and Ixora. In Motion is closer to the debut

 

I love all of them, but that's what I'd recommend if somebody didn't like "Beneath...", @cwhit is right ;D

 

Oh I still liked it! I just thought Ixora was miles better

 

Oh! Then listen to everything they have all the way backwards hehe ;D

 

My god that setlist is incredible. I want them to come here so badly.
