counter counter point, it's like a million degrees out today and California is burning again
50 degrees, raining and very fall here in Ohio.
perfect day for this album
oh wow i'm excited to bring this one back out
All it took was a chill in the air for me to become *absolutely obsessed* with this album again.
Oooh now that it’s cooling down I need to put this back in the rotation. I think albums that come out in the beginning of the year tend to get forgotten later on and I refuse to let it happen to this one.
yeah so idk if any of you have heard this album but its really good
Maybe I'll give it another go soon, now that the weather is getting chilly.
I just could never get into this and it makes me so sad.
tbh I thought it was solid at first but didn't get into it entirely. somewhere back during the summer (of all times of year) it clicked. been a pretty nonstop listen since, it's 1A or 1B for my favorite Copeland albums.
this album rules AOTY
I only really remember this album when the thread gets bumped. Which is weird, because I enjoy it when I’m actually listening to it
will need to bump the thread more then lol
Gonna also relisten to this tonight or tomorrow. Definitely deserves it. Just came out at a weird time or something for me.
first snow of the season baby you know i got blushing on now
uhhhhhhhhh forgot about lay here umm that synth
oh jeez cannot forget about colorless when i'm talking about best songs of the year
Now that Texas has joined the rest of the country I can’t wait to listen to this again. A lot of Ixora songs have been popping up on shuffle and it’s making me think about this record a lot.
Ngl I had a pretty tough time really getting into this earlier in the year, but it’s hitting me a different way now. Still really feel the length overall but the back half is really doing it for me in a way that it wasn’t before
Me coming back to this album with seasonal depression
As Above, So Alone is 100% my favorite song this year as well as my most listened to song by a landslide.
WHATS STOPPING YOU
produced by Aaron:
Is this better than Ixora? Kind of starting to think so, which is wild.
I have much more attachment to Ixora but yeah this is probably the better album
I definitely do not think this is better than Ixora, no chance
