I think them and ETID have the ability to get better with each album more than any other bands out there.
I just got sent an advance of the Jon Hill Project album with all the guest vocalists... so far this is incredible. Will post more thoughts later if anyone cares haha
That's great to hear. The Aaron song is great and I got excited seeing the rest of the list of the features
Ugh, is this for real? Many Rooms was the person who defended Better Off dude on Twitter, too, right? Said she'd destroy her reputation for her friends? Just went and found it (see also https://forum.chorus.fm/posts/2025952):
Will never forget when Aaron marsh messaged me before I donated my kidney. Then he remembered me when I saw them open for paramore, what an amazing guy
Circa, HRVRD, old Tides of Man (Spencer Gill, Tides’ main guitarist, is the primary guitarist/co-writer on this album)
The Casey Crescenzo track is gorgeous, one of the more subdued tracks but with a phenomenal atmosphere complimented by (obviously) great vocals. I’ll have to listen again, honestly every track is great in some way. The Tilian track is the closer, and stands out for probably being the most “different”... it’s the only one that is primarily electronic-driven and leans into pop. However, I like it more than virtually all of Tilian’s solo work... it has such a haunting ethereal quality to it and amazing emotional impact. Such an excellent closer.
