The first half of Blushing is a pretty flawless run.

i think the first four songs on YAMS are untouchable

 

on Ixora, definitely from Like a Lie all the way through the end of the album (In her Arms or Like I want you). fantastic run. but hell, the first 4 song run of that album would be incredible too

Tracks 1-4 on YAMS is really spectacular. Although I guess I could say the same for ESR and Ixora too. In general, Copeland begins their albums really really well.

Edit: Didn’t see that two people already said the beginning of YAMS. Ha.

We were walking downnntownnnnn yeaaaaaaa lol that’s one of my least favorite but I don’t actually think it’s bad

 

End of Ixora too. I mean, whole album is insane but Chiromancer -> World Turn -> In Her Arms is stellar.

 

How did someone beat me to this in less than a minute. Hahahaha.

I dig Walking Downtown though. There’s not a sort of bad Copeland song.

Well that gives you more time to listen to bands that worship Judas Priest!

 

Second place for me, probably. As someone said above, they’re *really* good at opening runs. No One Really Wins thru Sleep is close too.

Maybe there’s some recency bias here but Skywriter through Strange Flower is incredible.
