production wise i think it’d really stick out but maybe otherwise i’d agree

 

Y’all. It’s next level good right now. And that slip for A/B side confirmed my theory of the sexy album. Haha.

I agree but the hip-hop influence in the songwriting is DEFINITELY there.

 

Somebody should post a picture of the pink so I can decide which one I want

Good Morning Fire Eater will probably always be my favorite Copeland song tbh.

 

YAMS is such an achievement for them. What people are saying about this record, I felt deeply for that one. Not So Tough Found Out carries me into the clouds every time. That’s not to say they haven’t made leaps since then. I just have always been blown away by the sonic development from ESR to YAMS.

 

I thought I got the pink last night but I got blue. It looks amazing.

I agree with this fully. YAMS and Ixora are both top 10 albums for me.

That’s why what I’ve been saying about Blushing is honestly blowing my own mind. I’m astounded that they keep doing this.

I seriously don’t understand how this band keeps improving so dramatically. ESR is good enough to be a top 25 record of all time for me, and they’ve now released 3 albums since then that are arguably better

 

This album is my first foray into Copeland, and its not what i expected really. Not a bad thing at all, I'll be going back to their earlier albums after this.

Lay Here and Night Figures are early stand outs right now.

 

As above so alone is the best song I’ve ever heard

 

This gets better with each listen, each time I remember something I forgot or find something new. First time was also while reading lyrics but it’s been better to just lay back and listen with eyes closed.

 

I did not realize this was cut at 45rpm... really freaked myself out there haha. Pink looks and sounds great!

My apologies as I’m sure this has been covered but who does the female talking parts? Reminds me of Scar-Jo from Her.

WAIT. It is her, isn’t it? Her lines in the opening track are taken right from the movie, right?
