Hoping the fact that they're playing Riot Fest Denver means they're up to something...

Constant struggle between Jane Doe and AWLWLB.

Like on one hand Jane Doe is one of the best and most influential albums of the 2000s for obvious reasons.

But on the other hand I think AWLWLB has better songs and it just hits me harder than JD.

But of course all of their albums are different levels of stellar

I like heavy music but don't listen to a ton. That said, Converge seems to be one of those bands no one dislikes, regardless of tastes. What is their most accessible album to start with?

@Jake Z I would start with You Fail Me. Check out Jane Doe after that.

Can't wait for the You Fail Me [Redux] preorders to ship. Love the white alternate artwork.

Me personally, I would start with All We Love We Leave Behind then Jane Doe then chronological from there. Their 90s output is also well worth checking out.

And yeah seems like everyone enjoys some Converge. I think Converge and ETID are the two best heavy bands making music.

What a great, great album. saw @Drew Beringer IG post about it and immediately pressed play. Such a massively influential, aggressive, powerful album.

incredible record. You Fail Me will probably always be my favorite, but Jane Doe really is monumental.

"Concubine" is still one of the best album openers I've ever heard.

Wouldn't make sense to announce an album before it's recorded. Maybe it's a 7" or something.
