This is absolutely fake with the artwork being AI generated. I've been reading Jacob's blog, who periodically shares studio/tour updates on it, and it doesn't seem like the album's in the finishing stages yet. More likely a Spring release at the earliest.

 

He was still recording vocals for the last couple songs in September As I Come Into Focus, You Fade Away

I mean, surely 10 tracks in itself isn't a problem? What if all of them are like 10 minutes long?
