But the last Saosin album did not suck.

 

Not sure where I would place this in their discography yet.

 

It's not even officially released, so I think that's an ok place to be.

 

I'm going to listen to this for the first time at midnight instead of going to sleep.

Pfft, I listened to this yesterday. I feel like a felon.

 

Finally got a chance to listen to it all the way through and I'm blown away. Early Favorites are Trigger, Eye of the Quarrel, Broken By Light, and Wildlife

 

This is incredible

 

About to go in on this. I feel like their last LP was their best so far so I'm excited for this.

 

holy fuck Arkhipov

 

Getting through first listen. Wow at Arkhipov . The production here is slightly different than the last few. Still definitely Kurt Ballou but almost a little cleaner? Jacob Bannon sounds higher in the mix than usual and not as distorted (which is actually a cool change).

 

I know it's early but I could defintely see this becoming my favourite Converge album

 

This is stellar.

Was just going to post this. They’ve been on a roll for a while, but this album might be the most consistently strong from start to finish.
