Love to see it. I’ve yet to buy a new CD but going to the shop shortly to browse. Kinda tempted by that Alex G low key
I scored this lot off eBay of a bunch of throwback/Forgotten bands. All of them were sealed, MINT! The Big D cd still had an old school hot topic price sticker on the back. (The white with the red hot topic logos in the background) It brought me back! =) Tons more for sale here https://ebay.us/m/My4fZU
That Ever We Fall album is so underrated. One of the best of its era. also lol at that dude trying to sell a Simple Plan CD for $160
I was like “oh I’ll get this 10 dollar CD player and maybe pick up a couple here or there” as a vinyl collector and now I’m like “do I sell my whole record collection?” (I won’t but…)
I don't really have a preference. Vinyl for aesthetic, listen at home; CD for portability, listen in the car. A record on sale can cost the same as--or even less than--a newly released CD. Only with a few artists do I have their albums on both CD and vinyl.
I know, A lot of his prices are outrageous But that ever we fall album was only five dollars sealed same with ima robot! Couldn’t pass them up. I wish ever we fall had more than one fall length It’s so fucking good like you said. It’s the perfect mix of post hardcore with twinkly Midwest emo. Every song on it just hits. It’s been in my car since I bought it
i continue to get a lot of use out of it but the previous person i recommended it to said the fm transmitter was incompatible with where they lived so idk, still might be worth checking out
how do you feel about the quality of the transmitter? One of the reasons I love CD’s is the clarity, do you feel like it works well?
Popular 90s albums were soooo hit or miss. There'd be one or two great singles, and then the rest of the album was garbage. But I've actually been making it a point to go back to some of those albums and see if my adult brain likes any of the deep cuts more than I did as a kid. Turns out that one Chumbawamba album actually kinda fucking rules, same with the Sugar Ray album with "Fly" on it.
