Hayes and Carl starting a podcast about baseball when they can already barely string together coherent takes for their podcast about a sport with half the games. That’s good shit

 

To be fair the football podcast was a lot of fun and I’ve enjoyed it way more than TFO (which I stopped listening to) but yeah still wild.

 

Haven’t listened to HH in a while but the Stavvy episode and the Pro episode with Casey today were both great. Especially the Pro episode.

I have no idea where else to post this -- it's probably just for like me and @OhTheWater -- but I found this channel that reuploads their own local cable show from Bloomington, Indiana circa the early 90s and this is just a clip, but the're over 60 full episodes of these slacktivists filming themselves teaching the audience how to make different cocktails and just dickig around and it's super cozy and charming.

They also sell DVD-Rs on their still active website lol but I think everything that isn't pre-season one is free on YouTube. I started right around episode 20 I think, the Christmas special is when they brought it out of the attic

they were constantly at war with their local library for the content of their show and made headlines for smoking weed on air in front of their local courthouse lol. their wikipedia page is a fun read

Dang. That must have been a really hard decision if it really was her call to end the show. The article mentions 200 people working in some capacity for the show and the Hollywood job market is really really bad right now.
