Back in like 2020 I remembered Graham existed so I checked in on him and he was still doing the same palm strike bit that he did in the Super High Me back in 2007 (and the numerous times i saw him open for Doug between 09-14). Seems like he's moved on a little but still uses pics of him doing the bit for promos.

Oof.

 

DLM was the first podcast I got into back in 2010 but by the time the pandemic hit and he was doing zoom episodes, it just didn't have the same feel as the live show. Doug seemed off his rhythm/too stoned or just the technology of zoom created slight delays in the conversations.

 

Myq Kaplan is annoying on NNF.

 

I was at a couple infamous DLMs, the one where he yelled at the crowd for not showing up to the UCB shows anymore, even though we were the ones that did show up and the Chris Evans "name it, bitch."

I also won the prize bag twice, one when Sam Levine picked my name tag and I can't remember the other person.

 

I also won a prize bag at a DLM when Geoff Tate picked my Adumb and Douger name tag

 

he’s always a little too…much

 

he calmed down towards the end of the episode but he was just a lot when he first came on and sometimes it feels like Jimmy is annoyed by him.

 

Saw Betsy Sodaro at the Blink show last night, but more importantly I saw a guy wearing Osiris D3s at the Blink show last night.

The hour I saw Tom do last year was absolutely killer.

 

Completely Normal was my favorite special in college, but idk, the older I got and the more he stayed in Rogan's and Kreischer's circles, I just don't know if I'm (personally) interested in new Segura material

plus having Louis on his pod, etc.

 

A few of my friends enjoy him but I was never big on him. Might check it out though.

Segura is one of those guys that has slowly gotten worse and worse for me over the years. His early stuff is my favorite but with Ball Hog it seemed like he just wanted to make people uncomfortable which isn't really something I enjoy in the stand up I watch. Not to mention seeing a lot of the people he surrounds himself with rubs me the wrong way.

 

Is that streaming anywhere?

 

I used to be into Segura then fell off for a long time. Went on a date with someone and went back to her place and she put on one of his latest specials and said how happy she was that he drops some hard Rs because “No one does that any more.” Anyway, it was a terrible date and Segura’s company with Kreischer, Louis, Christina P. - For me, there’s just better comedy out there to devote time to in 2023.

 

Funniest thing he's done in years is get into a public fight with my hometown (Erie) lol

 

I used to really like Tom Segura too but now pretty much the only thing I engage with with him is listening to Danny Brown's podcast on his Youtube channel lol

 

This weeks TFO was the best one in forever.
