I’m dying at Ben Stiller trying to pitch HH to Sean as Adam Scott

 

i was so happy when it was revealed that was the angle (getting stiller to help book him). it wasn’t the best HH ep or anything but it was solid and the concept really worked for me

 

it really got going the last 10-15 minutes so I wish they went a little longer. I was watching the video and Stiller was turning his head to laugh a lot so he seemed to be having a good time.

I haven’t listened as regularly as I used to but always enjoyed it when I listened, bummer they’re ending it. Listened to half of the episode today and I’m glad they’re still cool with each other

I love murder bryan but I think Chris is funnier and the episodes of Guys without him aren't as good.

 

I don't think the episodes without him are lacking but agree that Chris is awesome.

 

Chris is funny, but Murder Bryan is essential to deliver the material for them to riff on.

 

yeah they're great together, I was listening to the audio of one of the live streams when Bryan was in California and he kept saying he wanted to buy some drugs and Chris was losing it, it was so good.

That new Lewis Black special started off fine but then he just talked about covid stuff, which lasted for like 50 minutes of the special, and my interest level immediately plummeted to zero, just a topic I don't personally care to hear about anymore since its been covered ad nauseam. It was recorded like a year ago too which doesn't help.

 

I haven't seen Home Movies in forever, but you're gonna make me go watch it now

 

Catching Pete Holmes tonight in Milwaukee. Pretty pumped as it's my first proper visit to a show of a comedian touring nationally since like 2012. Plus, i'm pulling my girlfriend into it as she's a big fan of Crashing.

 

Absolutely love Pete. Saw him in Chicago for the first time last November and it was a blast.

Just got tickets to see Sarah Sherman in September, not sure what to expect
