CBB 14th anniversary ep is good

 

CBB book came today. Scott, PFT, and Gabrus signed it.

 

Never listened to chapo but Matt Christman is annoying as hell on this Guys episode.

 

Unfortunately, having good politics does not preclude someone from being annoying as hell. (In fact, sometimes it contributes to it.)

 

He’s worse than the history guys they’re making fun of

yeah I finished while working and just half paid attention, very boring and dude loves to hear himself talk

 

I used to find him interesting but he got really into taking acid a few years back and I haven't been able to enjoy him much since unfortunately.

 

I just started that ep of Guys so I guess I’ll skip it. Wasn’t digging the beginning of it.

 

He’s clearly well read and knows his stuff. But it’s like a guitar prodigy that doesn’t know how to jam with other people. We get it. You’re smart. Get on Bryan’s level.

 

I didn't mind him tbh.

 

This is the perfect metaphor.

I’m a few minutes into the new mulaney special and I haven’t laughed once

 

There are some funny bits but it’s more serious obviously as it’s about his addiction.

 

I laughed a decent amount

 

I laughed quite a bit. One of the better specials I've seen in recent memory.

 

Yeah, I didn't like Mulaney at all before this special lol I laughed way more than I expected. Still think Maron's new one is the best I've seen this year, but Mulaney is up there

 

I’ve never been a big Mulaney guy but new special is phenomenal.

 

it felt just as laugh heavy as his normal material, even if it’s maybe not as joke heavy

 

Both Mulaney and Maron’s specials were great and heavy.
