The Comedy Industry Has a Big Alt-Right Problem

 

It's nice to see Legion of Skanks be put on blast like that.

 

It baffles me that comedian as seemingly wholesome as Nate Bargatze is associated with Legion of Skanks.

 

Kill Tony was my favorite show for a while, but constantly bringing back LoS and Rogan got to be a bit much for me. Also, Redban stinks too.

 

I am hoping Rogan leaving the LA/Comedy Store scene will clean the area up a little. A lot of the NY comic scene seems super scummy too.

 

It seems like a lot of the bigger names are going to be on their way out. Seeing Christina and Tom heading to Austin is big.

I think Tony didn't see a show without Redban and left with him.

It feels like LA is going to change drastically. With the way staff writing has gone virtual, that could even be the new normal.

Times are weird.

I tried explaining the P.O.D.Kast to my friends (who have no connection to nu-metal) and they said it sounded like the worst podcast. Their loss!

I love the camaraderie of the two hosts and how it’s like the opposite of Doughboys dynamic. Their wavering between calling Fred Durst an idiot and a genius cracks me up.

 

It sounds up my alley but I don’t have time for another podcast right now. Fred Durst is a genius.
