I’ve definitely heard that Paul Rust story told before, but can’t remember what podcast. Maybe Ku told it on Who Charted?

 

Yeah, thats likely. They were doing a marathon of Coen Brothers movies and she was slow cooking some meat and it was cooking all day. They hadn't eaten and were so hungry smelling it. Rust went first to slice it and cut deep into his hand and blood shot all the way to the ceiling, so they had to rush to the hospital. They never got to eat it because he bled all over it.

Also, I just finished season (series) 1 of Fleabag and I can't believe this fell under my radar. Such a darkly comic yet satisfying show and I'll probably get through season (series) 2 by tomorrow night.

 

Second season is so fucking good. I envy you

 

I'd been saving S2 of Fleabag, but now I have a million things to watch and I'm getting overwhelmed. May just sit down and knock it out soon.

Lapkus has been giving a bit of insight into how Earwolf/stitcher premium works in her Instagram comments the last few days. She has said that when a show can't commit to a weekly year-round schedule then they get put behind the paywall and if they do commit to it they get put in the free earwolf feed.

 

looks like today's is the first PUTJ episode without Demi. Haven't listened yet to see how this is gonna work going forward

 

Miel is doing a 2 part episode with her dad this week and next, then we’ll get the two last live episodes with Demi, and then Miel is continuing the pod with a few tweaks which haven’t been announced yet

 

Miel's dad has a great radio voice. I really liked this episode.

 

I'm fine if Miel can't always do elaborate punch ups on her own and they just talk about songs or whatever I believe in her
