That tour just reminded me that Florida rarely gets super good comedy tours. Or at least the one's I'm into/looking at. We get a ton of great music tours but comedy skips us a lot.

I saw the OG comedians of Comedy tour at The Social in Orlando... but that was like 15 years ago lol

I'm rewatching the MBMBAM TV show right now and it's even funnier than I had remembered. It has to be one of the best podcast to TV show transitions yet. CBB was great too but seemed different than the podcast. This just so perfectly captures the podcast and the essence of the boys while also being something new.

 

Man, try living in Kansas City, where most of our stand up shows are comedians that either flamed out or got accused of sexual assault. We always get skipped over for either Minneapolis or St. Louis.

 

It’s perfect television, somebody needs to give these good boys a new show

 

Seriously.

I've even considering starting a kickstarter called "The McElroy Brothers will be in Season 2 of MBMBAM"

It NEEDS to happen.

I bet they could sort of "do it themselves" and just put it on youtube if they really wanted to. Granted it wouldn't have the budget of a network but I'm sure they could do the formula of "Here's a question. Let's go outside and do some dumb shit". Having the time to do it and getting them all in the same place for long enough to do it would probably be the main problems. I'm not sure how much money it would make to be worth it though actually. I seem to remember them saying they didn't make much from it.

 

Threedom has been one of the best shows i listen to in recent weeks, this last batch of recordings have been great. The end of this weeks with Paul descending into madness on his own was unbelievable

 

Yeah, it seems like even at Seeso, the budget couldn't have been that much. With the number of fans they have, it seems like crowd sourcing it isn't out of the question, but maybe it's just not really worth the time/effort for them and they'd rather focus on the million other things they do.

 

Yeah considering they barely have time to record an hour long podcast remotely from their own homes some weeks I'm not sure a TV show would be the easiest option haha.
