This might be my favorite character he's done, I need more of it.

I saw Brandon Wardell tonight and the crowd was so stale but he was great

Happy episode 400 to MBMBAM!!! Seeing them live in 2 weeks and I couldn't be more excited.

Fucking love Acaster, can’t wait to dive into these. He kind of hinted at watching all four in a row which I want to do. My favorite British comedian at the moment. I go back and forth between him, Ramesh and David O’Doherty.

I've watched 3 of them so far, but if you can watch all 4 in a row I think it'd be great. There's a couple of kinda call backs in each one, and they just make sense as a series. But yeah, he's absolutely great. I love all of that new class of British comics - people like Acaster's, Nish Kumar, Josh Widdicombe. I listen to Richard Herrings Leicester Square Theatre Podcast, and he has new comics on as much as established acts, which is how I find out about a lot of them.

Phil Wang is one to watch too. Some great women coming through as well, Aisling Bea, Holly Walsh, Sara Pascoe et al.

The interview I read Acaster said the final hour is a lot of call backs so if you watch one a week you might miss some of the smaller ones. Nish is great. Widdicombe is good too. I find a lot of them from various panel shows I enjoy watching but I see so little of their standup unfortunately.

Phil Wang is quite good and I think those three women are just top tier along with Sarah Millican (spelling?) and Josie Long as some of my favorites. Roisin Conaty as well.

Anyone else familiar with Alex Horne and the Horne Section? One of my favourite British comedy acts right now.

I only know them when they’re on 8 out of 10 cats does countdown and they’re fantastic in those short bursts. They often steal the show for me.

Also, same for Joe Wilkinson. I don’t think his brand of comedy translate to standup but when he’s on a panel show he slays.

Don't think I've ever seen his stand up but 8oo10c countdown is always a must watch for me.

Def recommend catching Horne live if you're able, it's an awful lot of fun. Saw him at Latitude festival a couple of years ago and it was a great setting for that style of comedy.

Unless they come to middle America I’ll never see them live, unfortunately.

Mary had me in tears. Hardest I've laughed at anything in a while. Tarver levels of ridiculous voice going on in this episode.

Not sure if you're aware of them, cause you sound pretty clued up already, but if you're not, maybe check out the show Live At The Apollo if you can. That's a weekly UK stand up TV show, each show has 3 comics on and they do like 10 or 15 minutes each. I haven't watched it in a while, but it used to be really good.

Also check out Live At The Comedy Store (think that's it's title). That was when I first saw Acaster, each one is basically a half hour special. Not sure how many of them there are. If you search for Nish or Acaster on Netflix, there's also a series of stand up on there too, each episode featuring a couple of comics. I've not watched it yet and see some middling reviews, also can't remember what's its called, but might be worth checking out!

I'll listen to Threedom until my year of $2 Stitcher runs out. Then hopefully they'll run another ridiculous promotion.

That's where I'm at with Stitcher, they are a garbage service that happens to have content I want but if it weren't for that ridiculous discount I would have cancelled it a long time ago. I don't even know when my subscription ends, hopefully it's after the Andy Daly podcast season finishes up
