Should I not listen to this CBB at work?

 

It's not as emotional as you'd think. You can sort of here Scott kinda choking up a little when describing Harris' life and career for the new listeners. Stephanie is very open and frank about her life with him and the tragedy. But once the other guests come on, she's pretty on board with the bits.

 

Yeah, Stephanie was wonderful, was a very nice listen

 

Stephanie's interview was great and I'm really looking forward to reading her book. She is such a natural on CBB because of course Harris' big sister would be that quick and funny. Crazy hearing she just listened to Harris' last episode the night before recording this. Scott eulogizing Harris in that episodes intro is the most a podcast has ever made me cry and I still have a hard time listening to it. Just made everything hit like a ton of bricks.

I was just thinking literally yesterday that it'd been way too long since a Scharpling episode

 

Off Book is great right away, that first song twist was incredible

 

This got me good. She’s such a fantastic writer.

 

Really hoping she pulls out a powerpoint, she's killed with it live both times I've seen her

 

I really wanted to see her. She was supposed to do a week long residency at a nearby theater but it suddenly got removed from their calendar.

 

She's like number one on stand-ups I still need to see

I’m still hung up on Rock’s new hour. Best shit I’ve seen in a long time.

 

I guess Scott and Scott are going back to Rockville

 

I'm only like 20 minutes in but dang this HH is so good so far

I thought I heard someone mention “Suburban Legends” later in that episode but wasn’t sure if it referred to the band Todd saw
