Episode 40 is insane, as is the Christmas episode (mid 30s i think).

 

I can't wait. I was listening to 3-4 episodes a day, but fell behind on other podcasts and new music so I'm taking a little break. But I'm still listening to the new episodes and trying to fit in at least 1-2 old ones every week too.

 

Love those soft boys. It's impossible to be in a bad mood listening to MBMBAM. Their enthusiasm is infectious.

 

They can be talking about something dirty and still make it seems so innocent and fun.

I was trying to find a list of the stand-up specials being added to Netflix in June and could only find Oh Hello, Rory Scovel and Chingo Bling - There are 4 Tuesdays in June (supposed to be a new special every Tuesday) - Anyone know the 4th one?

edit: nvm, it's Chris D’Elia. I think they are just releasing Chingo Bling on a Thursday instead of a Tuesday for some reason, and it threw me off.

TJ is leaving Silicon Valley.

They should just pull a sunny and put the next season on hold, it won't be the same without him

 

Is he leaving because he's been getting bigger projects?

 

Apparently not his choice, found out he wasn't going to be in next season when he read this season's finale script and was written out of the show.

 

Wonder why they wrote him out. Maybe there's just not much story left for him, but still seems like he could've shown up here and there just as their friend.

 

Yeah idk if he needed to be written out completely but it definitely made sense for his character to be phased out, his presence had been kind of forced last couple seasons even

 

I love TJ, but he's definitely the most easily disposable of the main group of characters, but his interactions with Jian Yang this season have been great, even if shoehorned in a bit.

Maybe they didn't write him out because they didn't want/need him on the show anymore. Maybe it's integral to the rest of the plot?

 

I mean they probably knew, id bet they wrote him off in the finale

 

I'm getting really excited for B$P next week!
