What's it like seeing Tim and Eric live? Is it worth if if you like their shows?

 

I saw them in 2010 and it was a blast. They played a few songs, did some sketches, and played a few unreleased clips between wardrobe changes and stuff. I'd definitely go if they were coming near me again.

I actually just started watching On Cinema with Tim Heidecker and Greg Turkington recently and I regret not watching sooner. Tim makes the dumbest content possible and he does it perfectly.

 

I could never really get into Tim and Eric a decade ago when their show was on, but maybe I should try again since I like lots of other absurdist humor.

Hey, get me into the MBMBAM pod please. There's far too many for me to go straightforward unless that is the absolute best way. I looked on their reddit and a lot of people are saying to do their best ofs to get to like 100 or so and then start there. Does that work?

 

yeah I could never get into their show, Steve Brule is amazing though and I like them in other stuff

 

Listen to the newest one. There's not really any continuity and this week's was really good. I could try to make a list of some of the best eps for you some time this weekend

you would get a pretty good idea whether you would like it or not from the newest one anyways

 

I've listened to the first 4-5 and enjoy it, plus Monster Factory and I just started the show. Really enjoy it. Is it worth it to run through them all? I might as well if I enjoy it, I guess.

More people need to get into Nirvanna The Band The Show.

This is from their old web series from 2006. Their Viceland show is basically the same show but better.

 

I was in the same position as you like two weeks ago. Wasn't sure how to tackle it and just decided to start from the beginning. I'm now 45 or so in and it's put all other podcasts on hold for me. The show is extremely consistent for having so many episodes and relying on listener-submitted content (in a sense). Obviously if longtime listeners tell you something different, follow their advice, but if you're really enjoying it then why not listen to them all?

 

I would say yeah its worth it to just run through it all if you have the time. I'll try to get you a list together to go off of if you don't.
