I like Kelsey on TFO but miss the grey king.

 

Kelsey’s great, but the energy of the show had dipped even before Andy left. Still funny and I still listen every Thursday but lately it kind of feels like the Ones are just trying to fill an hour and get out of there.

 

yeah for sure, Carl calls his cousin makes up for it though. When those 2 and Chef Kevin start riffing it’s pretty great.

TFO might be the pod I listen to that’s taken the hardest dip in quality by no longer recording in-person. Especially watching some of the video feeds, Sean and Carl kinda just look like they’d rather be anywhere else or like they’re doing something else on their computers. Still worth the money, still love the boys, and I don’t want them to force the fun, but it’s been noticeable.

 

The insane Sixers hate around the Ben Simmons trade is what broke the camel's back for me, but I felt the same way earlier in the season, even before Andy left.

I do mostly agree with the TFO comments but – and I admit it may be because I listened to it on a plane – the news clip they played in today’s episode is one of the funniest things I have heard in my entire life

 

The “Scott then left in his truck saying he was going to meet a friend” part killed me

This week's CBB is... A lot. I don't know if I could sit through an episode of Threedom. I don't mind any of the pieces individually, but Lapkus and PFT just frustrates me.

 

I used to love Threedom but hit a wall with it, the main humor of the show now seems to be "be as obnoxious as possible". I seem to hit that wall with all of Scotts shows

Just got tickets to CBB in Cleveland. Haven't been a regular listener in years, but should be fun to see with some friends. Let me know of any all-timers (aside from Monster Fuck renditions and Memphis Kansas Breeze) that I need to hear from like 2018 onwards.

 

I’d say just breeze through the Best Ofs. But it’s not like CBB needs a primer anyway.

Also, yep, if you don’t like Threedom, you will hate this episode of CBB

 

The most recent Gabrus/Pally episode is pure chaos, all the Calvins Triplets episodes and any episode with Ego Nwodim. It all depends on the guests though as there may be a returning character with back story or somebody completely new.

 

CBB is pretty insufferable 90% of the time.

I've always enjoyed it, it's just a lot to keep up with and obviously quality can vary depending on the guests. PFT is on the tour, so I have a feeling the show will be great but even if it isn't, it's an excuse to hang with friends and go get Melt
