I agree. I think I'll go to the Camden show, but it's not up to the caliber it was the first two years.

 

Oh, for sure. As I got closer to catching up, I found myself trying to listen less often to stretch it out.

 

Oddball lineup for Dallas is super weak. None of the acts I want to see are even at my show.

After the whole Chapelle thing at my CT show, I havent really considered going back to an Oddball fest. Also, a huge amphitheater is not the way that comedy should be viewed imo

I went back the second year when Louis headlined, but I regretted it as soon as I got there. Would love it if they'd do a larger scale comedy festival like this one in theaters, but these shows are obviously aimed at the masses rather than comedy nerds.

 

I won tickets with my roommates to a Pittsburgh date a couple years back when Bill Burr was headlining and had a blast. Saw Sarah Silverman and Hannibal Burress, too

 

I've been all three years and I've always enjoyed myself. The first year was best, though, because it had a more diverse set of acts. Kristen Schaal was a unique (and absolutely hysterical) start to the show, especially with the unexpected Flashdance routine. Then there was some standup, including Mulaney, and later Flight of the Conchords before Chappelle.

The second year was just five hours of standup. Which is fine to some extent, but for a big amphitheater show with many thousands of people, I just don't think it's enough.

Last year was similar to the second, but we had Bridgett Everett absolutely kill, which added something different to the night. That will always be my top Oddball Tour memory

 

Jawn is awful this year. Id even consider going for Dane Cook

 

Really did not like the first episode of Vice Principals

 

it might be too mean spirited for me, Gamby was so unlikable

 

Yeah they didn't get the tone right for me. Which is a shame cus I want to like anything Goggins is in
