Listening to the Threedom episode where PFT and Lauren give Scott shit over putting carrots on a sandwich. I looked it up and this was the result of her Twitter poll

 

I generally think the idea of carrots on a sandwich is insane but once when I was a kid I put carrot slices on my cheese sandwich because I thought that since they were similar colors they would taste good together. They did not!

 

i don’t even like shredded carrots in salad. i like my carrots cooked tender.

Is there a difference between shredded and julienned? I think having some of that crunch could be good on a sandwich, but shredded too finely is gross

 

There’s a chain out here called Mendocino Farms and they make a dope banh mi sandwich that comes with carrots on it and it’s very good. They should review that place

 

Yes, a Banh Mi definitely should have carrots
