Not too big in most of the Emmy nominated shows this year but in terms of comedies I’m rooting for Bill Hader and the rest of the Barry crew.

 

Happy for the Barry wins.

Also, the kids from Stranger Things with Tommy Middleditch and Marc Maron

 

Not even watching because most of the nominees were so obvious / still super bitter that You're The Worst gets no love despite being the best half television show on comedy for 4 straight years but I'd be very happy with Barry getting some love

Mary Holland is such a treasure. Forgot that she was also briefly in The Good Place along with Zouks and D'Arcy.

 

Wasn't sure where else to post this, has anyone watched Norms new Netflix show? I'm reading pretty terrible things about it but I did enjoy his podcast. His recent comments really suck, he's turning into a babbling old man and idk if even I will enjoy the show.

 

I only watched the first episode, but it's basically the same as the podcast

 

i've watched all but the last episode. i really enjoyed it, but think they'd be better as hour long episodes. Norm really shines when he has time to build up a joke. i say it's worth a go. the thing they do right before the credits makes me laugh out loud every single time. also, i'm super glad they brought Eget back as his sidekick.

 

I love when he passes around the Jokes so much.

 

They do read blue joke cards at the end of each episode, which is pretty cool.

He isn't as mean to Egret as I'd like him to be.

 

Yep I'm almost done with the Spade episode and it's just like the pod. Really enjoying it.
