I saw Doug Loves Movies at Helium in Saint Louis. It was, indeed, a gas! It included first time guest: Chris Gethard.

 

I still like Anthony but there are definitely comics like Bill Burr who are just old man yells at cloud now

I met Bill Burr today in Paris outside of the Notre Dame cathedral...

Never thought I’d say that sentence.

And it’s extra crazy because last year I met Adam Scott at the Colisseum in Rome.

 

Was he cool?

 

It was quick. I saw him walking up some stairs and thought “hey that kinda looks like Bill Burr...” and then when I realized it definitely was him, I was like “Bill Burr?!” Then I shook his hand and was like "what the hell are you doing out here? so random!" and then he said "hey how are ya, yeah, I'm on vacation too!" and thennnn i said "well have a fun vacation!" and let him go on his way. He had headphones on and I was leading a bunch of teenagers around (I’m a chaperone on this trip) so I didn’t want to bother him too much.

 

Cool, sounds like a pleasant interaction!

 

This CBB lineup is stacked

Speaking of Chelsea, a few years ago I was at a small comedy festival that she was headlining. We were waiting in line to get in the venue and a car pulls up. A woman leans out and says "What are you all waiting in line for?" - Multiple people responded "Comedian, Chelsea Peretti" before realizing it was Chelsea herself.

 

Classic Chelsea.

 

Holy shit. Gilbert Gottfried's kids are hilarious.
