I really wish I liked Wompler like other people do, I found very little to be funny in this episode apart from Paul

 

I like Jessica St Claire a ton, but Whompler and her stories have never done anything for me. I adore JSC on You Made It Weird.

 

I feel like half of every Wompler episode is spent rehashing the existing Wompler lore

 

They never played Wicked Games

 

HH is the only podcast where the live audience Q and As aren’t total disasters because Sean and Hayes are already so combative and are absolutely not afraid to throw their fans under the bus

 

Wompler is a star

 

Should I be watching that? I've only heard of them when two were guests on HH but I had no idea they had a show

You don’t listen to Doughboys???

 

I'm still so new to the podcast thing that I'm getting hooked on one at a time, zipped through the first 300 MBMBaM and am now working through all of HH (and nothing else is probably going to get my time until that is done) but once that's done I'll probably start working through CBB/Doughboys/a couple others simultaneously for some variety

 

If it makes a difference, Doughboys is the only pod that is a must-listen for me and I pay for the extra ep a week

 

Had fallen off Spont but after that excellent PFT Sketchfest tribute I listened to today's and it was wonderful. Somehow I did not know how different Stephanie Beatriz's normal speaking voice was from Rosa's.

Also 15 minutes in this live HH is insane

 

Is Doughboys something you can jump into or should I go all the way back?

 

I'd go all the way back personally. The jokes build over time, even if they are mostly about the personalities of the hosts. Hearing it from the beginning just makes more sense imo

 

Just know Wiger is an alt-right robot and Mitch is a devoted Pats fan who’d want his cats to eat his flesh for sustenance when he dies broke, cold, and alone.

 

Yeah it definitely helps to start doughboys from the start.

 

MBMBAM, HH and Doughboys are three of my favorites. Doughboys might take the top spot. Don't sleep on it.

A close friend asked for pods and she was very active in musical theatre so I rec'd Off Book and now I'm listening to the first ep and it's so good
