Just watched the new Mulaney as well. It was great. He is great.

 

John's stage setup was so beautiful too I feel like even if it sucked I'd still be in awe of the pretty

did you listen to the REM pod today? they explain how to get into the pod in the ad. basically you have to listen to about 15 episodes before it really clicks, but everybody has different favorites so no one really knows which 15 will do it for you, but you do need about 15. Good luck!

seriously idk i have never successfully helped anyone get into the pod and i dont know anyone who has and definitely not multiple times in a way that would prove any specific method as the best way to do so idk try ones with guests you recognize maybe or just start from from beginning i truly dont know

The very first PFT is an episode I would recommend. Their Lou Reed riffing really captures the spirit of Hollywood Handbook

 

I've said this a few times here, but I think their first CBB appearance is a good entry point for HH
