Check out Shane Maus episode 77. I think that’s a good episode to start on.

 

Basically Nick Thune and Brendon Walsh call random businesses across the country to ask them if they know who jason segel is. Then they just chat with whoever answers the phone.

Edit: oddly enough it is fairly canonical so you’ll want to start at the beginning.

I somehow missed the announcement that Tom Segura has a new special coming out on January 12 until he was in that In-n-Out vs. Shake Shack video on First We Feast yesterday. Can't wait for that.

 

Tom Segura on You Made It Weird a few weeks ago is great. Highly recommended.

Out of that whole Rogan crew (Bert Kreisher, Brian Callan, Ari Shaffir, Joey Coco Diaz, Segura) I find Tom to be delightful while the rest all rub me the wrong way as people.

 

It just gets better. Wait til they talk to the waterbed guy, or the trophy guy, or Robbie...

 

Waterbed guy was the first call.. unless there's another waterbed guy!?

The waterbed thing just kind of evolves as the show goes on.

 

I just learned that Bret Hart was on an episode of NNF and find that very weird.

 

Completely Normal is still one of my favorite specials of all-time, v excited for a new Segura special

The 500th is the best, the Gino Priest run the funniest thing I've heard all year. I loved the recent NPH ep, he was really fun.

Oh man, I got to the first episode they call Waterbed Guy back. I think someone mentioned it a while ago, but theme song is also top notch.

Has anyone checked out Demi's new podcast? The concept sounds great.

 

man Todd Barry's special was so good

 

Yeah Todd's the best and thankfully he'd only done a couple of those jokes when I saw him with Sarah Silverman last year so it was mostly new

 

got about 5 minutes into Todd's new hour before my roommate came in and was clearly not feeling it, will revisit it when i have some alone time lol

 

yeah, I love love love Todd, but his style's not for everyone.
