Just finished the UTU2TM ep and I can't figure out if Scott and Scott think the new U2 record is big or not

 

I knew that the new Raised by TV episode would just be more of what I really disliked about the last episode but with commercial jingles instead of cartoon theme songs and I still gave it a shot. I love these guys but it's not a good show, definitely needs heavy retooling of some sort.

 

I feel like I know all the members of REM but I feel like I'm gonna find out that isn't the case

 

U2 songs are usually hit or miss for me but definitely appreciated them more since the podcast first aired. I know they only played snippets of the new songs but listening to them just bore me.

I’m not a die hard REM fan but much more familiar with most of their records. Would love an REM podcast

 

Um guys Bo and directed wrote a movie that's premiering at Sundance!!!!!!

I love Raised By TV. I’m their age so I love their walk through our collective childhood. F all y’all.

 

I’m close to their age as well, I love what they’re talking about, I hate how they’re talking about it. (Shouting half remembered information and quickly moving on)

They're THIS CLOSE to making a podcast that I'd be head over heels for but right now this is not that podcast.

If they just picked one specific thing and talked about it for an hour it'd be great. Talking about like Hey Arnold for an hour would be great. Just vaguely remembering cartoons is not.

 

I wouldn't hate some characters in the same way that like Horny4Horror interviews Freddy.

 

I cannot believe that Scott actually made a point to go back and point out that U2's The Showman sounds exactly like another song and chose The Daily Show theme instead of Jessie's Girl, which it is almost identical to.

 

Why complain about a bad podcast when we can talk about how we got The Preacher's Lounge today

I used to love Regan but wasn’t much into either of his last two specials.

 

Small Doughboys update: I now watch Spoonman's Tribute to Burger Boy at least once a day. So there's that.

His unmade screenplay from a few years back "Gay Kid and Fat Chick" was fantastic, I wish I still had it saved on my computer

 

A friend made this for me, thought it was pretty cool.

 

Chris Gethard just abandoned his show, live on TruTV, leaving Paul Sheer and Jason Mantzoukas to host completely by surprise and unprepared.
