Excited for those televised goofs

 

Checking out the first two episodes of Nirvana The Band The Show on Viceland and I'm surprised how many hard laughs it has. Definitely excited to check out the rest of this series.

 

I totally forgot she used to co-host Mark's Fuse show.

I'm excited to watch it later. The Dirties is really good if you've never seen it. I still need to check out Operation Avalanche.

 

I just watched Operation Avalanche without knowing anything about it. I wasn't sure how much I was going to enjoy it after I caught onto the concept but in the end I was able to suspend disbelief enough to enjoy it. Matt Johnson is hard to deny.

I watched Mike Birbiglia's movie Don't Think Twice last night fully expecting to love it but something about it just didn't fully click with me. I think it might have felt almost rushed? Not sure exactly what my problem with it is. Cast is amazing but I was slightly disappointed overall

 

I felt the same way about Don't Think Twice. I was sure I'd love it, but I was kinda underwhelmed unfortunately.

 

Yeah I was disappointed as well

 

Really? I think the beauty of Don't Think Twice is that it refuses to offer an easy ending. Not everyone gets the comedy dream they were hoping for.

 

+1 for the underwhelmed camp

 

The whole movie was a let down not the ending specifically

 

I loved it whatever

 

it depressed me, but it was a fine movie. i don't feel any need to see it again though.
