The only reason I don't hate Seeso is because I have a Roku. Even the interface on it is bad, but at least I can get it to play. The website is 100% unusable.

 

@OhTheWater yeah their website is trash. I subscribed on amazon and use the amazon app on ps4 to watch so you might try that if you have a console.

I got seeso through amazon because the website was trash. I can't believe they still haven't fixed it yet.

B$p is too good to be on a website as terrible as Seeso. Netflix or someone needs to adopt it away from Seeso.

For some reason I've really soured on Louis CK over the last couple of years and after watching the first episode of Horace and Pete my opinion is even stronger than before.

 

yeah the one episode of Horace and Pete I watched made me miserable, and yeah don't love Louie as much after the Gawker article and him being more "millenials are stupid"

 

Ugh. I hadn't seen that article until just now. I knew about the Aspen incident and that's what really turned me off initially but like you said he's just a grumpy old man and that act got old quick.

Also anytime I mention stand up people are always immediately like "Have you heard of Louis CK?" and since the whole world thinks he's the epitome of funny the conversation goes straight to him. "Have you heard his jokes about his kids?!?"

edit: Obviously my second and third examples are much less worse than the first one. Hopefully that didn't come off as me saying "sexual assault allegations- sure whatever, I just think he's grump and people talking about him is getting annoying" haha

 

I'm late to watching it but the part in Pete Holmes' new special about video game VAs when he yells "Sonic Boom!" is the hardest I've laughed at a standup special in ages

 

Louis's standup doesn't hold up as wel for me, but the stuff he did with Louie and Horace and Pete is truly special. I also don't support him monetarily after the accusations
