Yea I’m going to delete everything I said. I don’t like how it came out. I think I was in a bad mood and I took it you on you. Sorry
I didn't get a chance to thank you yet. I think it's a great idea. Now I got 2 go to threads to check out for new releases on Fridays. I like that other one but I think this will be just as good if not better than that one tbh so thx again great idea.
No worries. I feel like it's a great way to share new releases and albums people may have missed. Sort of like the CMCS but without the reviews.
I discovered Black Foxxes from the new releases post/thread when I'm Not Well came out. People were talking about it a lot in there which that other one is good for posting the new releases that day and I think this one is good for discussion/hyping them up in greater details.
The last few years I'm much more interested in new releases/check out new stuff every week. It's so easy to miss stuff sometimes so this thread will help avoid that from happening.
Also the listening party thread that one is my baby but it's been mia for awhile now lol. Work has been too busy for me lately so its tough to find the time to make that one work.
I’ll throw my hat into the ring here: I’m excited for the newly announced Mike Shinoda ‘Post Traunatic’ LP in June. Idk who here listened to the 3 song ep of the same name, but Mike is channeling his grief over Chester into some extremely powerful songs, and the 5 songs from this (the 3 from the EP and 2 New ones today) are 5/5
Forgot @awwgereee has heard it too. Other new release I've been neglecting recently is Black Foxxes. I feel like this thread might just be me talking to myself in here at times haha. I've got to be careful. The Chorus elite are always watching.
Still deciding on that. I thought about maybe giving you Paper Rival their self titled EP since it's 5 songs and if you like that then hopefully you'll want to check out their one and only album Dialog. That record is one of my favorites of all time.
I can easily see that Black Foxxes album being in my top 10 at the end of the year. Record is excellent. Honestly think it's even better than I'm Not Well.
