Fun song for sure. I'd put it below the other two, but it's still 3/3 so far for new songs.

 

I don't think this album will be for me, sadly. Still hoping to see them live soon.

 

My least favorite of the three by some distance, but still a fine song

I agree that it’s not quite as good as the first two, but it’s like a 9.5 for me where the others are 9.8 and 10.

 

It’s my least fave on the album. All good songs, just would be the one I ranked last.

 

Aside from the chorus which is on the weaker side I actually really like this.

 

Still pumped for the song from that second teaser they originally posted.

Hope for nothing but the best for the album and band. For me personally none of the advance tracks have measured up to Goodbye To Misery.

 

Fully expect this to be their best yet

This is a ripper. The opener and closers absolutely shred as they always do.

I don’t know if I love it as much as Goodbye to Misery at first listen, but that’s truly a nearly impossible ask, since that’s one of the five best records I’ve heard in the last half decade. But there are some extremely high highs. Youth, Die Tonight, Over all go to 11. And I really enjoy the twists of Fuck the Weather and Sick.

Just please announce a US tour.

 

This is super fun. I don’t know if I’ll end up liking it as much as the last one, but that’s a very high bar

 

Agree with the sentiment that Goodbye To Misery is hard to top, but this is a damn good record with some great songs. Gonna be on repeat a lot I'd suspect. These guys have something special and I hope all their hard work pays off.

 

Obviously 32 is one of the best openers ever, but Over is such a banger.

 

I can’t believe we have another Cold Years album already. Goodbye to Misery still feels so fresh.

 

Goodbye My Friend, Fuck The Weather, and Sick are incredible songs. Glad these guys pushed themselves on those songs.

I also love that this album clearly has its own identity instead of sharing similarities to GTM.

 

my god, Goodbye My Friend is spectacular
