I almost put Wake Up. The acoustic version that was originally on the Snakes On A Plane soundtrack is much cooler to me. The harmonies on it are the selling point.

Gonna add to my hot takes and say Guns of Summer is the most unfairly derided song in their catalog (not hard, since it's easily the most hated). Production is definitely bad, but at least it's interesting and fairly catchy, whereas other songs on YOTBR are so forgettable I had to skim them just now to remember what they even sound like.

 

To off-set my Bottom 10, I will give my Top 10:

God Send Conspirator and Crossing The Frame nooooooooooooo

 

I knew Crossing the Frame and The Hound were going to come up, but I disagree so hard on those.

 

I honestly just can't remember how those Good Apollo songs even go tbh and God Send Conspirator was just because I needed a tenth.

I'm sure it would look different if I didn't forget TCBTS existed, but I didn't feel like redoing my list so

 

Godsend being one of their best songs

 

You forgot how the first actual song on Good Apollo goes?! Also "Once Upon Your Dead Body" is literally said word for word in a very catchy manner.

Yes. And literally Sunday

 

It took years for the deeper cuts on Good Apollo (anything outside of the singles and Willing Wells) to grow on me. I can't explain that, but they are fucking awesome. Especially Once Upon Your Dead Body. The lapsteel is so catchy.

 

I'm gonna give some of those songs another listen because I'm gonna redo mine now that I've remembered TCBTS exists and didn't hace a class to teach a minute later

 

Some Coheed fans in here hate some really good Coheed songs
