An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

Ascension a 1/5 is, respectfully, absolutely insane work

GA1 as a 1/5 is absolutely an insane take.

    Final thoughts:
    SSTB > EKSSE3 > Vaxis1 > Vaxis2 > Descension > YoTBR > NWFT > Vaxis3 > CBtS > GA1 > Ascension

You might want to keep that GA1 hate to yourself. Youre liable to have an "accident" talking like that friend-0 ;)

Imagine thinking something that has Evagria on it is 1/5

Such a watchable guy even if the drums for that track are rather uninteresting by their standards.

Song really is incredible. When I saw them in 2022 it was my first rock show in a long long time and I still remember the heavenly feeling when the dual guitar solo part started. Blissful.

This is your life, are you who you want to be?

Does anyone know if they will be headling on their tour with TBS? I'm assuming yes..

I think it's more of a co-headlining situation like they did with them years ago

Coheed closing, generally same set length as TBS is what it was last time.

Yea Coheed is such a good closing band, when I saw them with Mastodon in 2019 they closed and it was magical

on one hand, Coheed should be closing over TBS. On the other hand, I have to sit through TBS... haha

Not a big fan of this one at all really, it's took me almost a year to do this album because I wanted to give it a fair amount of listens but hardly ever wanted to play it. It just seems like they forgot how to write fun and memorable songs on here, the only one I'd really care to revisit is Here We Are Juggernaut. There's still nothing really that bad here, it's just very forgettable and bland.

    Current Ranking

In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3
Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV: Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness
    The Second Stage Turbine Blade
Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV: Volume Two: No World for Tomorrow
    Year of the Black Rainbow

This is easily my least favourite so far, and I'm pretty sure it's my least favourite overall too. I remember liking Ascension and The Color Before the Sun more than this, I guess I'll see soon how they hold up.

Afterman should hopefully be a lot quicker to do than this one lol.

it seems most criticisms of this album focus on the weird production, but i agree that the worst thing about this album is that the songs are just not memorable at all. The Broken is very good. Other than that, I would be fine not listening to this album again

I liked YotBR when it came out but haven't really listened to it since. It does bring me back to playing Final Fantasy XIII though, which came out around the same time
