Potential full album info from that reddit thread. I'd dig a March release, not too far away! A suite of songs to end the album again?? That will always get me fired up. And the release date is my birthday. Destined to be a classic.
So nothing is hitting streaming at midnight, so if there is a new song, it'll probably be a video exclusive for a day. Also wouldn't be surprised if it's just the album announcement, I think they've done that in the past.
Even so... If the release date is March, it shouldn't be too much longer before we get a 2nd single. My prediction is that the countdown ends with an album announcement and another countdown for the next piece of the rollout
Ok. Last album I truly loved was No World For Tomorrow. Didn’t care for Black Rainbow or Color of the Sun or whatever it’s called. Heard and liked some of first Afterman. Where do I start to get into the stuff that came after NWFT?
I felt like Vaxis II shared a lot of similar DNA to NWFT. It has a similar straightforward urgency to it. It might not be as riffing as NWFT is, but it’s really catchy with bouts of the prog shining through.
listen to both Vaxis albums. They're been hitting their stride so far with the Vaxis series and Vaxis II is probably my favorite C&C album since NWFT
Reddit says Searching for Tomorrow is the single. So it's track 3, and Blind Side Sonny is track 6. Appears the album art is accurate, which I figured it would be, though it does look like a smaller snippet of a bigger picture.
The Vaxis album art so far has been a small segment of a bigger piece, stoked to see what they come up with this time
Vaxis I was my gateway back in after falling out after NWFT. Vaxis II is also a great option, and definitely return to Aftermath eventually too, those albums totally rule and I missed them the first time around.
