I'm going with 28. One of them will be LONG. Unless they're planning to release another edition with Key Entity Extraction X: Sirius The Afterman on that one, and that'll be the 10 minute track lol.

Ideally, they could just release a standalone 12" EP with the 4 tracks on one side and an etched Vaxis logo on the other.

We reach for the longest shadow

Sick. Song titles are kind of odd, but that won’t matter if the songs are good. I will say, that’s still being sold as a 2xLP for the whole album, and I’m assuming these songs will just be side d instead of the Omni voice garbo, so I’m not expecting more than 22 minutes. Maybe 1-2 3-4 minute bangers, with 2 of them creeping into 6 minutes would be ideal.

They have to know what fans expectations will be though. I doubt they would’ve called these an extension of Afterman if they were just 3 minute pop songs, you know? Those could’ve just been b-sides. Adding on to a suite from a past album is full fan service, and I hope the are pretty proggy, or at least have a callback or two.

None of us do! Lol. Apparently someone in the subreddit said VII is being released as a single on Friday. Who knows if that's true, but guess we'll find out in the coming days.

Besides the band themselves saying the above, the full title and release date come from the usual trusted sources.

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

I love this band. gonna have to decide whether this becomes a separate EP in my files or just gets added onto the end of TFOMB. I feel like two suites back to back would just be crazy lol

Saw them tonight, and even though I think TFOMB was my least favorite of the Vaxis series, the new songs are great live.

great live band over all too obviously. Great show.

Let me just say though, zero songs from the best Vaxis (and maybe one of my favorite overall records of theirs in general) on the setlist is criminal.
