Last week they announced a free pop-up show here in Chicago on 4/3 at a 800-cap venue and my wife and I are gonna wait in line for entry.

 

For them being my (probably) favorite band, I haven't really listened to the released songs more than once. Just waiting this one out and excited for next Friday. As @Micah511 said, new Spiritbox has me occupied JUST fine.

(idk Spiritbox might be my favorite band currently with theirs being another 10/10 release)

 

Speaking of new releases, prog heads eating good with the new Steven Wilson on the same day as Coheed

I'm torn on what comes first that morning, probably my two most anticipated

 

Should probably read Slaughterhouse-Five at some point.

 

I’m pending vinyl deliveries on each but I anticipate going Coheed first and waiting to listen to The Overview once I get the vinyl.

 

I'm just gonna listen and hope it's better than The Future Bites lol

 

Bought a ticket for the Irving Plaza livestream tomorrow night.

 

Wuddo you think the chances are that they play new tunes other than the singles?

 

It’s not an apples to apples comparison, but for the Vaxis II release in store show at Rough Trade, they played A Disappearing Act, and that was an album track. I don’t think it’s unrealistic to expect to hear at least one new song.

 

I’m suddenly jonesing hard for this. 2 days!!

 

Been listening to Someone Who Can like fifteen times a day, I love this song haha

 

It's pretty wild that we only got 3 singles.
