Bleeding is a great song. this one is just a repetitive slog that’s 2 minutes too long and production that doesn’t slap.
I like this, even though I was disappointed with Forever lol. Could have been a WWE theme in the early 00's. I wouldn't mind a collab with Underoath now
The hook sounds so familiar it's going to drive me crazy all night. Machine Head, Trivium or probably something from the old Roadrunner rooster?
hmmmmmmm interested to hear what the rest of the album is like. do not like when openers/closers are the singles.
I don't know if it's the bit you're talking about but the "You think you know what you want" sounded familiar the second I heard it. Can't pinpoint it right now.
Yeah that's the bit that I'm thinking about. There's this but it's in a different key and not exactly what I had in mind though
I've got it! (at least what I was hearing) Differs at the end of the line but the first bit is what I recognised. Just had to imagine whose voice I could imagine the melody being sung by and I thought of Daryl's.
the first thing I thought hearing this was that I clicked on Underoath- Code Orange not Code Orange- Underneath
so many mixed reviews from friends who are into the band. some love it, some think it's nails on a chalkboard. really looking forward to whatever is thrown at us next.
really interested in the weird industrial stuff they've been delving into, but the production on here just feels... off to me. Like, i'm into the song but the heavy parts don't really feel like they hit as hard as they should. maybe it's the change in producers (i saw it mentioned that Ballou didn't produce this like he has the rest of their records) but it's noticable i'm still excited for the record though, i loved all the experimentation they did on Forever
I’ve never cared much for Nick Raskulinecz as a producer. I felt like he took the teeth out of the two Deftones records he produced and it’s the same thing here.
