it was easily the highlight to her set I saw a couple weeks ago, she closes with it. i saw her arena show vs the Coachella set bc she always seem to have sound issues at fests. looks like either Turnstile or Disclosure is going to conflict with Billie and I’d rather see them in a festival setting than her.
no one has any idea what the set times are going to be, the dumbass reddit predictions are always wrong
TMZ saying Weekend and RHCP are the current top picks, take it with a grain of salt as usual Coachella Considering The Weeknd, RHCP for Kanye's Headliner Spot
I just can’t see The Weeknd doing a set, his production is a major part of his live show, he won’t compromise that on a globally streamed stage. He’s prob committed to showing up for the SHM set and that has kinda leaked out now. RHCP just don’t excite me at all, but they have a weirdly large young fanbase for their old stuff. I remember seeing them at Bonnaroo and being surprised so many people 18-21 were pumped for their show. Also, again, Anthony Keidis openly admitted to sex trafficking and sleeping with a 14yo when he was like 21. Why is this still never talked about?
I didn’t even realize RHCP had an album out until today when I read they were considered for headliners and then I started getting ads for them on here.
I only knew about new music because of this absolutely unreal song/video. Just watch/listen, it's mindblowing. I can't believe they actually released this song in general, and as a single?? Just listen...
https://variety.com/2022/music/news/coachella-kanye-west-headliner-weeknd-bieber-travis-1235225580/ Tyler, the Creator: The wildly imaginative rapper seems like the best, most feasible and most on-brand option of the new names in play: He just finished a North American tour, and he would bring some much-needed hip-hop to the bill in the wake of West’s departure. He’s also an AEG artist, which certainly doesn’t hurt. However, sources tell Variety that he’s been made an offer but wants to save himself for his own Camp Flog Gnaw festival, which traditionally takes place in the fall (in other words, he’s probably holding out for more money). Tyler please
Who hasn’t seen Tyler in the last 8mos? Dude has been everywhere, there couldn’t be a less exiting headliner for me. The Sunday headliner is pointless anyway when you remember Blessed Madonna b2b Honey Dijon in the Yuma will be at the same time.
Anyone see That Weeknd tweet? Looks like they're billing it as Swedish House Mafix X The Weeknd for Sunday.
Sooooo many questions....they have three songs together (Moth to a Flame, Sacrifice remix, and How Do I Make You Love Me)...that's less than 14mins of collab material. They have to be giving him a mini solo set in the middle of the set or this will get torn apart.
