I think after he backed out last year he's severed his ties with Coachella for a long time.

Considering Lil Nas X had one of the biggest songs in the history of the Billboard charts, had one of the top "selling" albums of 2019, is nominated for every major Grammy this year, and doesn't tour, I'm surprised at how low his billing is.
I would've guessed he'd get second line.
