I forgot all about the stream. :( Also though I had to work. I could have watched a little after work, but then again, forgot. I missed out on my first Friday Coachella stream in years. I too have never stayed up for the headliners being in central time zone. I think once I made it to the At The Drive In set.
The streams are apparently like 1.5 hour behind. Lizzo is KILLING it right now. Edit: actually closer to 2 hours based on the onstage clock
I was able to catch some good stuff on the live stream. Kacey Musgraves, The 1975, The Interrupters, Tame Impala, Kid Cudi, Mac DeMarco, and a few others. Man that crowd was dead for The 1975 from what it seemed.
I've had the worst Coachella fomo I've ever had this year. Idk if the lineup was just that good or I was paying more attention, but I really feel like I have to go next year.
it wasn't just her set. There were a LOT of sound issues this year and it was really a bummer. Billie brought out Vince Staples and his mic didnt work for his entire guest spot, this was after her set started 35 minutes late. Lizzo's music cut out multiple times during her set. Khalid brought out Halsey and her mic didn't work til almost the end of her verse. It was rough. That being said, the weekend was still really great
Ended up seeing: King Princess, Kacey Musgraves, Anderson .Paak, The 1975, Janelle Monae, Childish Gambino Maggie Rogers, Christine and the Queens, Weezer, Billie Eilish, Tame Impala, Kid Cudi Lizzo, Zedd, Khalid, CHVRCHES, Ariana Grande probably the least amount of sets I've seen over the years, and easily the least amount of WOW moments/sets, but still was a great festival overall
Yea, I had heard it was pretty bad especially with special guests, I only really witnessed it during Ari’s set. That being said Childish, The 1975, Sofi Tukker, Bob Moses, Tame, Paak, Push, and chvrches all sounded great from what I saw.
