Ah yeah I guess what I meant is I hope the Franic tweet was in reference to Coachella.

I'm surprised that with all these fake posters popping up that none of them feature A Tribe Called Quest. They just put out a critically acclaimed album, they already confirmed that they will be touring in 2017, and there have been reports of them shopping themselves to festivals with The Roots as their backing band.
Since we already know our headliners are Radiohead, Beyonce and Kendrick, I could totally see ATCQ being billed as a pseudo co-headliner with Kendrick, just like Kanye & The Strokes were in 2011.

    One week to go. Hopes/wishes?

I personally hope the Radiohead/Beyoncé/Kendrick rumor is true (although Daft Punk is welcome to replace Kendrick) and I hope Metallica doesn't take one of those spots. For subs even if they don't seem likely at this point I'd love Frank Ocean and Bon Iver. And I hope to discover some new bands on the undercard that blow me away.

The Radiohead/Beyonce/Kendrick top line has been floating around the internet for a while now, but just recently I'm seeing sources say that Metallica is actually a headliner and not Kendrick. Personally I'd prefer that so much more. Kendrick is great but I've seen him plenty the last few years, and I don't think he's a big enough name to headline the biggest festival in the country.

    Maybe so, maybe not.

Amazing undercard for sure. I'm kind of surprised by how tiny both Warpaint and Car Seat Headrest are?

Not many bands (if any at all) from this "scene". Brand New, Circa, and Touche Amore were ones I remember from recent years
