“Expect an early announcement for Coachella this year—is the negotiation for the festival’s YouTube deal close to being done?”

Bruno Mars is one of the best live shows I’ve ever seen. Wonder what he’d pull out for Coachella, if that’s real.

“Island superstar headed for a killer #1 chart debut, with 350k feeling like a lock. Is she also hoping for a major look in the desert next spring? Asking for a Friend.”

wouldn't be the first time someone went back to back years straight to headliner, but personally I don't feel like it's that good of a get

it’s not that good of a get but good lord the headliner market is so dry now that I’m happy with her

Sabrina fits well, she’ll pull a big crowd and probably have some good guests. There’s always counter programming as well if you’re not into it, Yuma never fails.

I really get the feeling we’re gonna see Radiohead here and not Oasis.

Someone on Reddit who accurately leaked Tinashe and Sublime in the past says Karol G is headlining.

    SABRINA CARPENTER

Man’s Best Friend has a wow of bow, fetching 350k and a resounding #1—and Justin, Imran and Team CAA are wagging their tails. We hear these songs will be unleashed in the desert next spring.

    Karol G too

“Bichota/Interscope phenom puts major points on the board as halftime performer at Chiefs-Chargers NFL game in Brazil, with the Rimas crew, Nir and Jbeau cheering loudest. We hear she’ll be suiting up for more hot festivity next April.”

Sounds like it’s TBA / Sabrina Carpenter / Karol G as the 2026 headliners.

I know the recent tour dates has people thinking Tame Impala for a RTTD spot and I wouldn’t hate it at all.

Sabrina and Tame Impala are solid for me for a top 4.

Karol G is just so meh to me personally. She falls into the same way Doja cat had where I didn’t want to watch.

New Hits article just dropped. Now mentions Kendrick and Dua alongside Sabrina and Karol G. Also mentions a superstar who has been in the news a lot as of late is in talks to perform on the main stage but is still deciding.

KAROL G, Sabrina Headed to Coachella?

“During a weekend stuffed with the MTV Video Music Awards in New York and Oasis’ two Rose Bowl blowouts in L.A., backstage banter among agents throughout the biz centered on rumors that Sabrina Carpenter (CAA, Island) and KAROL G (UTA, Bichota/Interscope) will be two of the headliners at Paul Tollett and Goldenvoice/AEG’s Coachella festival in April 2026, and that Dua Lipa(CAA N.A./WME Europe, Warner) and Kendrick Lamar (Wasserman, pgLang/Interscope) could be in the mix as well.

Carpenter scored a ginormous #1 bow for her second Island album in a year, Man’s Best Friend, and is about to do a victory lap of North American arenas on her AEG-promoted Short n’ Sweet Tour. She took home three trophies at the VMAs on Sunday, including Album of the Year, and performed new single “Tears.”

After her performance last week at halftime of the Los Angeles Chargers/Kansas City Chiefs matchup in Brazil, KAROL G is riding a huge global look. Her multicultural appeal is a perfect match for the ever-youthful Coachella. KAROL's appearance would follow fellow Latin superstar Bad Bunny’s 2023 headlining engagement.

There are also whispers that Anyma (CAA, Afterlife/Interscope), hailed by many as the world’s biggest DJ, could have a major Coachella moment. Last year the Italian became the first EDM act to headline Sphere.

As for who else will land a spot on the main stage in the desert next spring, one superstar who has been in the news a lot of late is said to be in talks but hasn’t decided yet.

And who could carry the No Doubt/Green Day slot that's been so popular over the past couple of editions? Stay tuned…”

Dua Lipa seems like kind of a tired booking at this point as she'll be nearly 2 years removed from the release of Radical Optimism.

I assume the hope is you get her on a new album cycle. She has been in the studio for a while.
