inb4 this report is itself viral marketing for a completely separate film that has nothing to do with Cloverfield.

    I'd admire the balls.

What an absolutely bizarre "franchise:. In an era where cinematic universes are all the craze, this one has been on the back burner forever

He wrenches on it. He thinks it's his.

Witnessing the events of the first film from a different perspective would absolutely rule. I loved when Insidious 2 did that.

I'm always down for more Cloverfield, no matter how wacky or loosely connected it is

I'd happily wait 6 years so it can be released on 02-28-28

  13. The writer has been openly talking about this for quite awhile on twitter.

Has made it sound like it’ll be on Netflix again too

I could've sworn that JJ said the next Cloverfield would be a direct sequel to the first one.

Anvari is a good director. So I’m pretty excited about this. Under the Shadow is a pretty solid horror flick.

I think it's safe to say JJ says a lot of stuff that doesn't come true.

I'd love to see a "Cloverfield" movie from the guy that did "The Vast of Night." But apparently he hasn't done anything since that.

I enjoyed the Vast of Night but also some of the dialogue in the beginning and overall flow kinda erk’d me. Though yes it was shot wonderfully.

Yeah I quite liked Vast of Night

  24. I liked the idea of Vast of Night, and I'm gonna sound dumb for this, but the pacing was definitely an adjustment. Not sure the execution was there, but I certainly didn't think it was bad
