Haha, you have the same one? Thanks bud! This is the first time in awhile I’ve just bought clothes for fun. Feels Good inc.
I have the blue version of it. I have been wanting a members only jacket forever so I was glad to finally get it.
Nice dude, they are super cool jackets. There was a bomber jacket on sale for $150 and if literally took everything in me not to buy it lol
AA was a great concept for a company, and I liked a lot of what they offered. That said, they were a very poorly handled business through and through. After filing for bankruptcy twice they were bought out. The majority of their retail locations are being closed and their new owner is keeping the name, but outsourcing for their manufacturing now. Though they do have like 10 or so best sellers that will still be made in the US and sold online.
When cute plus size clothes that I can actually afford are already so few and far between, it's really hard for me to try and wrangle ethics into there somewhere. Like, I know it's the right thing but I also want to be able to clothe myself in a way that at least resembles my personal style...hard to do already with my budget and size.
My grandma bought me a dress from Old Navy for Christmas but it made me look like an 80-year-old grandma so I returned it. I don't ever shop there so I didn't think I'd find anything to exchange it for but I ended up finding a dress, shirt, and necklace for the same price as the dress woo!! I keep buying nice dresses though and idk why bc I don't go anywhere to wear them. I gotta stop!
Gonna look cute af grocery shopping bc that’s the fanciest place I go lol but seriously I need to bc they just sit in my closet otherwise and that’s just a waste!
Lol. I wore my Members Only jacket out for the first time and I’ve had three people compliment me on it and another dude stopped me and was like, “Members Only!?!?” And gave me a hug. I need to wear this out more lol
the only time I ever get complimented is for my purple champion pullover hoodie because apparently it's a wild color and I somehow make it work?? it is weird.
I've never seen an American Apparel store and the only knowledge I have of the company is the stories yesterday back about their racist hiring practices
Blazingly apparent their Swedish PR team is completely out of touch and ignorant to stuff like this. While I’ve heard that H&M is a good company and good to their workers, someone on their U.S. marketing team absolutely should’ve caught this.
Has anyone tried stitch fix? I can sometimes get in a rut with the color and cut of clothing I choose so I like the idea of having stuff sent to me to try but idk how good they are at it
