The issue is that one brands "small" is not equal to another. They might have the same measurements on a technical level, but that doesn't mean it fits the same. At least in my experience. I also just like trying on clothes
I mostly find all my clothes in the clearance section or those ross/tj maxx type of stores so that’s why I prefer in person.
Yeah fit can differ slightly. It has taken me some trial and error to find certain things that fit well. Especially with dress shirts/button ups thanks to my big neck. Most shirts with fit just fine in the chest, waist, arms but not in the neck for me. I pretty much have to get every dress shirt or button up tailored.
I don't even know where to start looking for a tailor. I guess there's plenty around, usually next to grocery stores, but I know nothing about it
I deal with this all the time when meeting with brands. European sizing and fits are entirely different. Americans are so bloated.
I just want to report to everyone I took the L because it sold out so fast and my internet was being crappy at work.
I recently got the Starter hoodie off Amazon, one of the warmest, and comfortable hoodies I've had in a while. The neck hole is a little small though; since it's a pullover, it messes up my hair. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072LT8X3L/?tag=absolutepunk-20
it looks cool but I’m not a fan of the logo being so big tbh. I just want a blank hoodie with maybe a small logo.
Champion Life Men's Reverse Weave® Pullover Hoodie I bought this hoodie in purple and I want to wear it everyday all day. It’s so comfy.
Hope I haven’t posted this before, but I got this hooded coat by Skingraft for pretty cheap at a consignment store in SF. Originally $200+. I lowkey feel like Mary Magdeline because it’s basically a cloak, but I’ve really grown to like it. I’ve had it for almost a year and rarely wear it cause, let’s be real, the cut is a little flashy. But I like wearing it when I go out to bars and stuff and I’m a huge fan of the way the diagonal cut drapes at the bottom. As of late, I have been throwing it under my pea coat and I really like the way it looks.
I need another pair of shoes, what should I get? Mostly for walking/work but versatility is important. I have a pair of Nike Flyknits which I love and a pair of the low Vans in blue.
Huckberry is a great site. I buy one or two things a year from there and they always end being my favorite pieces I own. I want that hoodie too!
It's definitely pricey, but it's very high quality. For certain things like jackets it's worth it spend more to have something that will last a long time, at least in my experience.
