I'm so ready to be down to a size where I can do that. At this rate, I'm getting a new size every 2-3 months. I went down from a 42DD in January. *eyeroll*
You know what, I've never even thought about losing so much weight affecting your boobs too. That sucks but in the grand scheme of losing weight it's a small price to pay I guess.
Oh, totally. I didn't really consider it until it happened and I went from a 52C/5xl JMS bra to 44C last year. Then I was like "fuck, this is going to be expensive too" lol
I know 38DD is quite a large size so maybe you'd be opposed to this idea due to lack of overall support but have you ever tried a bralette or something of that nature? something that has more give or stretch so when youre sizing changes you can go a good while before having to buy a new size bra when youre down a few sizes? they make some with more structured and coverage i believe at some stores. or just even ones that are just stretchy in general with not super structured cups could work. i wear a 34dd and at first i was a bit opposed to bralettes, thinking it wouldnt work out for me but ive really become really fond of them so much that i dont even hardly wear real bras unless im wearing something more fitted. just a suggestion, maybe something to consider!
also ive spent so much money on bras and my favorite is one i bought at JCP on clearance for $7 when i worked there in college. i wore it and the next day i bought another one in a different color. over my dead body will i ever give them up under any circumstance. Just funny cause ive spent $60+ on some bras from various other places...but also makes me sad lol.
it's like when people compliment your $10 shirt from Target and you wonder whether all your clothing should now be $10 from Target
seriously nothing more satisfying. i shop at thrift stores a lot and there was one that was an outlet (its not anymore RIP i miss you) and the highest cost of anything was 1.99 and if i get a compliment from something from there........i internally feel so accomplished. and then i have to say of course something like "i paid 79 cents for it!!!!!!!" and the people are SHOOK.
On the other hand I hate when I wear something cute and a lil pricier than i usually spend and nobody says anything, but then I can find some old raggedy thing in the back of my closet and get compliments lol.
Also it's annoying that once you hit a certain bra size it seems harder to find ones with push up. Like I get it but at the same time like hello I'm trying to defy gravity here so help a sis out k thanx
I used to wear JMS sports bras, but they don't fit quite right anymore. I'm kind of afraid of the lack of support a bralette would give with how floppy and flabby I am now. I legit look like someone who has started melting, so there's no structure there
You can basically see my entire bra through this shirt (and basically every white shirt I own ) and I am just done caring anymore. If all these companies are gonna keep making white shirts basically see-through, then everyone can just deal with seeing my bra. I'm not wearing a shirt under a shirt. I sweat enough as it is!!
It makes me sound like an old lady but standing gives you spider veins apparently so since I'm always standing I've started wearing these spanx like things underneath. Not actual spanx bc I'm not rich. Higher Power Shorts by Spanx
Its hard finding tights cause the picture in the packaging is often generic and not what the product actually looks like, and then the tights are folded up in the package so you can't really see what they look like. Whoever decided that was dumb.
One size fits all tights makes no sense. Ur telling me that a pair of tights can fit my 5'3" self and also someone that is 5'11"?
it's worst with hats because they don't exactly make those in different sizes so you have to try them on and hope it fits
I know lice doesn't live off of someone's head for very long but trying on hats makes me scared of getting lice
