Adults really shouldn't be wearing boxer shorts

 

Might be a bit addicted to poshmark. I got a skirt in a size small so we'll see if it fits lol. I can fit into some smalls but have to tug for a while. Once it's over my hips it usually fits fine. Idk! Fingers crossed lol. I'm trying to build the outfit that's in my head. Getting ready for fall!

 

I need to improve my style, I usually wear a pair of appropriately fitting shorts from the Gap and a band t-shirt. I sorta like some of the Streetwear-ish styles, but it all seems like so fake, idk about all these brands, like some of them are legit just bs printed on Gildan and sold for silly prices, like that's ridiculous. I dress better in the fall, which is my favorite season but idk.

 

Question for the thread: My brother-in-law gave me some clothes he doesn't wear anymore, and there's one pair of shorts that I really like and want to get more of, but the brand tag literally says "Short," and Googling "Short shorts" goes about how you'd expect. He doesn't remember where he got them or anything. Does anyone know what brand this is or, if the brand is truly called "Short," what its website is? They're really nice shorts.

Thought it might be those at first, but nope. The waists are different and mine don't have a chubbies tag on the back pocket. Thanks though!

 

I think I'm going to go hard at Salvation Army and Goodwill today. I need some new clothes and I'm tired of paying for new stuff when I'm just going to be too small for it in a couple of months.

I have two dresses that I've worn twice that are almost too big for me now. It's really annoying. They're really cute. >.>

 

I got this for $15 from H&M a few years ago. it's my favorite fall jacket.

this one is more for winter, or colder fall days. also a cheap H&M buy.

I think I'm going to try and find some cool tshirts to make into off-shoulder tops too. I've become obsessed.

So I did end up going to Salvation Army, Torrid, LB, and Old Navy (that's all they had at the mall I was at). Wound up with three tees and a tunic from the NORMAL FUCKING OLD NAVY STORE. XL. I can't even. But they're super basic and are going to be awesome for layering. And I got a pretty cute dress, a hoodie, and a tee from Salvation Army.

And then I went to Ulta. And Sephora. But that's for the other thread. lol. Solid day! I'm excited!

 

I have a wedding this weekend (in the northeast) and I was wondering if I could still wear a light grey suit. I typically go navy for fall weddings but seeing as it's still a bit early I was wondering if I could get away with light grey.

Thoughts?

I don't see why not, it's still pretty early for fall so I think you could get away with it. Maybe try offsetting it but pairing it with some fall-ish colors like maroon

I know what I like, I'm just lazy and need someone to execute my decision making for me.

 

The clothes I ordered off Poshmark shipped really fast and will be here tomorrow. It'll be the moment of truth for it the skirt fits. I'm going with my sister to eat a brick of fries tomorrow tho so that doesn't help my odds.
