I like the outlets, great stores and relatively inexpensive clothes. I wear Van Husen dress shirts for work and their outlet prices on shirts are great.
I do it all. My go-to shirt was a AE shirt from high school, over 10 years old, that I'd wear with black jeans. It was so old the fabric just started tearing all over. If I bent my arms my elbow would tear a hole. I remember the last day I wore it the weather was surprisingly windy. I stepped out the car and a gust of wind struck me and the shirt just tore right off and went with the wind. I just watched it go shocked. I was standing their topless trying to cover my nips nonchalantly with one hand. A passing stranger walked by and said "i can see your left nip, bruh." After that I vowed not to wear anything over 10 years old, no matter how much I liked it. I buy a lot from old navy, gap, banana republic. And then I go up from there for special items like coats/jackets and blazers.
just got a pair of Levi's commuter 522s in black. was expecting a black denim, but was surprised at how dressy they were and ended up wearing them to a wedding that weekend.
my mom had one of those weddings and I was dying. I ruined all the professional pics with the bridesmaids with my terrible fake smile
I see guys wearing jeans at weddings more often than not and like do you but I like dressing up at weddings and looking nice cause I don't really have another occasion to do that
no, they weren't jeans. sorry if it wasn't clear, but I thought they'd be black denim, when they came they were a rad stretch chino-like fabric.
would not have been out of place in jeans, though, as there was a nice gentleman in a cutoff button up shirt and cowboy hat.
Sometimes I wish him and Petra would get together just because their clothes color coordinate together so well lol.
My job is very casual and we can basically wear whatever we want but i do have to be able to move very easily in my clothes (i'm a photographer and I have to squat, lift things, bend over, etc). Which to many seems like a dream come true but i lowkey hate jeans/shorts and would rather wear a dress/skirt. Although i do wear those both quite casually typically their function is just not practice in my situation. So trying to find cute and things i can be mobile in is so hard for me. Anyone have suggestions!?
I need to find affordable solid colored casual long-sleeve button down shirts. any suggestions? store I usually buy from is the GAP but they don't have any decent ones now. BR doesn't fit me in shirts. JCrew is a tad too expensive. Old Navy doesn't fit. I liked the fit and price of Macys American Rag, but don't see any i like now.
